NIDD Valley Road Runners have been so busy organising the Guy Fawkes 10 race featured in last week's paper that they have not been racing as much recently! However there was a cross country race on October 26 at Nunroyd Park in Guiseley.
By all accounts there was plenty of mud and some extra distance to cover for the men due to a slight marshalling error! Sue Morley represented the Nidd Valley Ladies once again completing the 3.5 miles in 29 minutes and 10 seconds.

The men were led home by Brian Sherwood in 60.35, followed by Mike Deacon 61.17, Eric Morley 62.21, Dave Cardani 62.48 and Phil Robinson in 67.54.
