HIGH-flying Harrogate Town will look to go top of the Blue Square North tomorrow after picking up three points at home to FA Cup giant-killers Blyth Spartans on Tuesday night.
Neil Aspin’s men will travel to Hinckley United (3pm ko) buoyed by back-to-back league victories which have seen them move into second place, one point adrift of league-leaders Tamworth.

Town leapfrogged Southport on goal difference after Tuesday night’s 3-1 win against Blyth, just three days after the non-league outfit ousted Coca Cola League Two side Shrewsbury in the FA Cup First Round Proper last Saturday.

Aspin said he will be looking to extend Town’s unbeaten record at Hinckley, but he reinforced the point that his team had no divine right to win any match.

Aspin said: “I want to win but we don’t always get what we want. We have a good record there and we have a strong team.

“We don’t have to fear anyone, but on their day they are as good as anybody.”

On Tuesday night, goals from Darren Dunning, Nicky Gray and Jamie Smith were enough to see off Blyth who remain third from bottom of the league.

Town's Denny Ingram was taken to hospital after a first-half tackle left him with a nasty gash across the top of his thigh and Liam Ormsby was sent off six minutes from time for a two-footed tackle on Alex Gildea.

“We had to play well to beat Blyth and I can’t fault anyone’s effort.
