First-class finish for Funnell at Bramham

PIPPA Funnell secured the top prize at the weekend's Bramham International Horse Trials.
She guided Redesigned to victory in the CCI seniors section, winning by a comfortable margin to deny a two-pronged attack from Piggy French.

The 2009 European silver medalllist finished second on Lemington Lets Dance and third with Jakata.

New Zealander Caroline Powell was fourth and William Fox Pitt was fifth on Neuf des Coeurs.

Northallerton's Nicola Wilson finished tenth on Bee Diplomatic.
