KNARESBOROUGH CC continued their march to the double with victory over BILTON. Adam Pryor (37) and Greg Pickles (37) helped them to 140-3 with Paul Cannings taking a cool 2-28.
Si Clemerson (30) and Carl Tietjens (28) tried their best but it wasn’
t enough as Simon Bridson’s 2-23 saw Bilton close on 118-7.
HARROGATE ruled the roost over STUDLEY ROYAL. Rob Nicholson (40) and Steve Walmsley (28no) top scored for the visitors, T Dell taking 4-13.
Stuart Clark (65no) and John Proud (44) then batted ‘Gate home on 139-4.
GOLDSBOROUGH’S Richard Miles put in a fine all-round display to beat BECKWITHSHAW. He cracked 53 with Mike Cockle (64) as ‘Boro’ made 168-3. ‘Shaw then closed on 134-7, Danny Shuffe hitting 72 but Miles’ 3-21 holding them back.
BARDSEY picked up a victory over WHIXLEY, Collis King’s 81 and Chris McGoldrick (44) providing the firepower to see Bardsey rack up 158-3.
Richard Ward countered with 34 but Madjeet Naseer bagged 3-10 to limit them to 104-8.
Division Two
FOLLIFOOT were in dominant mood against BLUBBERHOUSES restricting their opponents to 90-9 thanks to Mick Sweeney (3-15) and Mike Milligan (3-1). Jim Pickles (39no) and Nick Robinson (49no) then pulled ‘Foot home on 92-0.
PATELEY BRIDGE beat BURTON LEONARD after making 120-5, Robert Light (55no) top scoring. Tom Clements (3-16), Chris Mawer (2-15) and Rich Spittlehouse (2-19) did the damage in reply as Burton made 89-9.
BISHOP THORNTON recorded a three-wicket win over PANNAL, who posted 121-7 including a knock of 51 by J Strover as Dave Cockshott gathered 3-20.
Linden Anderson (53) topscored to fire Thornton across the line at 122-7, M Harrison snaring 3-20.
LITTLE RIBSTON cantered past HAMPSTHWAITE, James Orton’s unbeaten 48 the highlight of Hamp’s 108 all out total.
Dave Swan (40) and Dan Marshall (41no) batted Ribston clear at 109-2.
Division Three
NEWBY HALL’S Olie Uffindall cracked the second biggest score of the night a cool 127 not out as his side thrashed CARR MANOR.
Uffindall and Damien Garvey (32no) saw Hall to 194-1, Manor then slipping to 56 all out. Craig Stockhill (2-8) and Grant Leivers (2-14) took the wickets while J Tomlinson hit 36.
BIRSTWITH eased comfortably past SCOTTON by eight wickets, Scotton making 103-6 againt the bowling of R Hurst (2-21).
A knock of 45 by B Hodgson guided Birstwith home at 105-2.
Division Four
SCARCROFT engineered a crushing win over ARTHNGTON, Damian Aston (37) and Will (35) batting their side to 179-6.
In reply D Main made 38 but two-wicket hauls for Chris Oldfield and Ross Monaghan reduced Arthington to 107-7.
DARLEY beat HARROGATE B after their opponents conceded.
Division Five
MARTON CUM GRAFTON’S Mark Kinghorn put in the performance of the night against RIPLEY. He made a eye-watering 152 not out which included 19 fours and six sixes.
