A VERY hot and sunny week followed by muggy thundery weather has had adverse effects on fishing at Leighton with the fish going deep and uninterested in feeding.
Stocking rates have been increased to try to achieve better catches over the next few weeks.

The number of fish caught rised to 158 off 157 rods, a rod average of 1.0.
