WET weather was the order of the day, as 3,000 people enjoyed motorbike stunts and dog tricks at this year's Ripley Show.
Despite the downpour, visitors were kept entertained by a diverse programme of events that included stuntrider Jez Avery and dog obedience group K9 Capers.

The show’s Hon Secretary Marjorie Periam said: “We had a very good start to the morning and lots of people came and lots of things were going on.”

Subsequent heavy rain forced the cancellation of some activities.

But the quality of the entertainment kept spirits high amongst the large crowd, as K9 Capers braved the downpour to wow all-comers.
