ICE cream melted and cold beer got warm as the 114th Birstwith Summer Show enjoyed a day of real summer weather.
Garry Plant, who helped to organise the event, said it had been a show to remember.
The main show ring played host to Pete Lawless White and his suitcase circus, a Tae Kwon Do display. Tom Longton's sheepdog trials, Harrogate Hornets Cheerleaders and children’s sports.
Other attractions included trade stands, a baby show and a dog show organised by the RSPCA.
Mr Platt said: “Well done Birstwith, well done to all those that came and well done to the team of people that keeps this tradition on the move.”
