A CHALLENGING programme is to be presented by the Harrogate Symphony Orchestra at their summer concert at the Royal Hall, Harrogate tomorro, Saturday.
The programme opens at 7.30pm with Rossini's overture to An Italian Girl in Algiers, and concludes with a performance of Brahms's Symphony No 1.
In between will be Rachmaninov's Piano Concerto No 3 in D minor, which will mark the return of guest soloist Julian Saphir, who last performed with the orchestra in 2006.
