IMAGES: Harrogate Flower Club marks 55 years
Twenty-three members of Harrogate Flower Club gathered at Oakdale Golf Club for the celebration luncheon for their emerald anniversary.
A champagne reception was followed by a special three-course lunch.
The club’s founding member Shirley Ake made a speech about the 55-year history of the club.
The speaker was Veronica Bird who spoke about her time as a prison officer entitled From Prison to Palace.
