VOLUNTEERS aged 16 to 25 are needed for a National Play Day event at the Valley Gardens on Wednesday.
North Yorkshire Youth is looking for volunteers to help with activities for one to 12-year-olds, including face painting, den building, arts and crafts and donkey rides.
Times are flexible, although those helping out will need to be on site at 9.30am to be allocated their role for the day.
A spokesman for North Yorkshire Youth said: "This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone wanting to work with children and young people."
